Orders & Purchases

To track your order, log in to your account and go to the “Track Order” page. Enter your order ID and registered email ID, and we’ll send the tracking details to your email.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

If your order was canceled, it could be due to payment issues, product unavailability, or other technical reasons. For more details, feel free to contact our support team.

If items from your order are missing, please reach out to our support team. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We currently don’t accept returns, so return labels are not provided. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

 

Account

To reset your password, go to the Sign In page and click on “Forgot Password.” You will receive a link to reset your password in your registered email. Click the link, enter your new password, and save the changes. You can then log in with your updated password.

Log in to your account and navigate to the “Account” section. log in it ,From there, you can update your password to one of your choosing.

Returns & Refunds

Since we don’t allow returns, refunds are not applicable. Please review items carefully before purchasing.

We currently don’t accept returns. All sales are final, so we advise checking product details and specifications before purchasing.

Our return policy states that we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders. Please ensure items meet your needs before completing the purchase.

 

Shipping & Tracking

Currently, we don’t offer free shipping. Shipping costs are ₹50 within Tamil Nadu and ₹80 for deliveries outside Tamil Nadu.

Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Double-check your address before confirming the order.

To check your order status, visit the “Track Order” page in your account. Enter your order ID and email ID, and you’ll receive tracking updates.

Yes, we deliver to all postcodes across India. For international deliveries, please contact our support team to check availability.

Fees & billing

As a customer, you’re only billed when an order is successfully placed. Payments are processed at checkout using your selected payment option.

We accept online payments only through various methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
